The two priority areas of responsibility include hiring and ensuring orientation and ongoing training, of high-quality staff and ensuring all aspects of the program are developed, implemented, coordinated, and monitored to the highest degree possible. The mental health program director should have direct communication and access to the director and all supervisors within the organization.
